Remote Support

We currently use join.me to provide remote support. Join.me is an affiliate product of Logmein, which is an industry standard method of providing secure remote support. All join.me sessions are https secure encrypted. Join.me generates a 9 digit number each time it is used, no one can control your computer unless you tell them your 9 digit number.

To start a remote session, follow the directions below:

1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer is used in these directions)
2. In the address/URL bar type the URL: join.me
   
3. Click the go button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to go to the web page
4. Click the Orange button
   
5. Click "Run"
   
6. Join.me will now download and install, this can take up to three minutes
7. Click "no thanks, I'll use basic for free"
   
8. If any other promotional options pop up click the X to close them
   
9. Join.me may say "Connecting" for a few seconds, let it load
10. A 9-Digit number will appear, please let us know this number over the phone
    
11. Once we get connected, we will request remote control of your computer, Please click "Yes"
    
12. When we are all done, you can close Join.me, and any other Join.me messages that may pop-up.
